To be eligible for this contest submission, can someone submit only apps screenshot images in place of video.

    Thanks for your question. Per the official rules, submissions must include both at least one image or screenshot AND video footage (posted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Youku) that clearly explains the Application’s features and functionality through a comprehensive demonstration.
